Join us at Wildwood where Chef Tommy Fitzgerald and mixologists from Butcher Block Social will wow you with a night of Fire & Ice inspired food and drink!
Event will begin with a chef introduction and discussion about the pairings. The rest of the event is roaming station style where you can eat and drink at your pace while mingling and enjoying live music!
STATION MENUS:
STATION 1: Cranberry Champagne soup with grilled cheeses. Paired with: Spiced Sangria (Spice Note Cinnamon tequila, Angels & Cowboys red blend, oranges, apples, cranberries topped with ginger beer.)
STATION 2. Grilled Jumbo Cheese Ravioli, blistered grape tomato pesto. Paired With: Spiced bloody (Spice Note cumin tequila, bloody Mary mix, rimmed with MF Seasoning Sangrita sea salt.)
STATION 3.Orange and Rosemary smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Wilted greens, & spicy Aioli. Paired With "Elsa" (Tito's, blue Curacao, lemon juice, Moscato.)
STATION 4. Brisket and Yorkshire Pudding with roasted rout Vegetables. Paired with: Toasty old fashioned (Shmallow, chocolate bitters, garnished with a toasted marshmallow)
INTERACTIVE DESSERT STATION: Cherries Jubilee over coconut Snow Balls. Paired with: Winter wonderland (Rumchatta, Frangelico, Vanilla vodka, heavy cream. Rimmed with white sugar sparkles.)
